Terms and Conditions
1. All contact lenses are original and genuine and are not sold in bulk.
2. Each box of contact lenses only has the same power. If the power of your left and right eyes are different, you need to purchase each power separately.
3. All contact lenses sold in our store are only suitable for re-fitting people. People who have never worn contact lenses before are advised not to buy and wear them randomly.
4. If you have any questions about the prescription you are wearing, please consult a licensed registered optometrist and have your eyes checked to confirm the appropriate contact lens prescription before making a purchase.
5. Please check the lenses carefully before wearing them. If the lenses are found to be damaged or abnormal, do not wear them. If you feel uncomfortable after wearing them, please remove them immediately and consult your optometrist. Our store will not be responsible for any accidental or legal liability.
6. The order payment may need to be paid back from abroad, and there are no returns or exchanges after the order is placed.
7. Except for delivery errors, missed shipments, damaged products, etc., all goods are non-refundable, and please apply to us for exchange arrangements within 14 days after receiving the goods. We apologize for the inconvenience.
8. When returning or exchanging products, please ensure that the packaging is complete, undamaged, not damaged by man-made damage or other conditions that we believe will not affect secondary sales. No matter which party makes the mistake, we will not arrange for the return or exchange of any unpackaged goods. Our store has We do not accept returns or exchanges.
9. If any product is out of stock, we will not make any prior individual notification before placing an order. Please forgive us.
10. If there is a shortage or you have to order from overseas, it may take 4-6 weeks to order. We will notify you as soon as possible after the goods arrive.
11. If the customer purchases both in-stock and on-order products at the same time, we will wait until all the goods are received before sending them out together. If you have special requirements, please contact us.
