Inspection instructions
When customers sign for the goods, please note the following:
  • Ensure that the packaging of goods and contact lenses are intact.
  • Whether the quantity, style and degree of the goods comply with the order information.
  • Invoice information content, such as recipient’s name, phone number and order number.
  • If you have any questions, please return the original and notify the customer service officer immediately without signing for follow-up.
The goods cannot be delivered
If the goods cannot be delivered due to the following reasons:
  • Including but not limited to incorrect address
  • Postal worker failed delivery attempt
  • Mail was rejected or no one signed for it
  • Unclaimed shipments returned by courier companies
It will be returned to HM VISION PLUS, and we will notify customers via email at that time to handle the re-delivery arrangements. The shipping fee for re-delivery is the same as the HM VISION PLUS shipping fee schedule. Even if the order is originally eligible for free shipping, customers still need to pay shipping and handling fees for re-delivery of the goods.
